Davis Shores Rebuild

In 2016, Hurricane Matthew destroyed the home of a young couple in Davis Shores, putting on hold their dream of starting a family.

In 2017, American Hammer demolished the remains of the old home and, in 2018, completed work on a magnificent new three-story house for the young couple. This home includes an under-house concrete parking pad, and a rooftop deck offering 360 degree views of downtown St. Augustine, Salt Run, and the ocean. The perfect home for the young couple, and their new daughter.
