St. Augustine Beach Addition

This addition, completed in 2017, in St. Augustine Beach, was built in keeping with the exterior post-modern design of the original home, while retro fixtures and finishing touches lend the interior of the new space timeless class. Undertaken simultaneously with a partial remodel of the existing house, the addition adds a spacious owner's suite including a full bath with separate shower and tub, and a two-basin vanity. The customers wisely chose to re-roof the existing home while the addition was being roofed, and this resulted in substantial cost savings.
